The grand celebration of Krishna Janmashtami was held at Amrita Vidyalayam School on 23rd August, 2019 with great enthusiasm and vigour. Senior Principal Mr. Ramachandra Bhat and Vice Principal Mrs. Anupama Rao judged the Krishna Dressing Competition of the Kindergarten section in which the adorable Krishnas and Radhas performed spectacularly well. The winners were felicitated, following which, the mega event of Pot Breaking (Mosaru Kudike) was conducted with tremendous spirit as a competition between the four Houses. The beautiful occasion of Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated with grace, dignity, and unity. This definitely taught our students to have a sporting spirit, and the depiction of our culture will last forever in their hearts.
